First class in-home care and support

The Cotswold Home is a traditional property not far from Burford, where up to fifty-one residents can enjoy highly-skilled nursing and personal care.
While undoubtedly some of our day-to-day processes have had to adapt due to coronavirus, the wellbeing and happiness of residents remains our top priority. We have plentiful supplies of PPE and staff receive regular training on the steps we must take to keep everyone safe and well. Indoor and out of care home visits are taking place, with pod or window visits with your loved one available where indoor visits cannot be facilitated due to local restrictions. We understand that making the decision to place a loved one with dementia into a care home can be difficult, so we are always on hand to support and provide you with as much information as possible.
From day 1 of employment, we offer colleagues the availability to enrol on a role specific Apprenticeship Standard, approved and regulated by Ofqual. The current versions are RQFs, previously known as QCFs and NVQs. Working together, employees are supported through a robust role specific induction with continual development and refresher training provided. Our team will offer professional respite care to give you the break you deserve, caring for your loved one in their own home.
Visitors no longer have to book visits, bring a Covid passport nor complete a Lateral Flow test prior to visiting. For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them. Our care givers offer specialised, in-home support to clients with Dementia or Parkinson's so that aging in place remains possible.
